Coverage: | Waterproofing warranties require a minimum underseal thickness over a properly patched surface. This mil thickness can be achieved by applying 1 coat at the rate if one gallon per 50 square feet or 2 coats at one gallon per 100 square feet. Badly weathered roofs may require additional coats of underseal to provide a uniform surface for the top coat |
